Since freight has been super slow during this election year I was gonna wait until next spring to get on Landstar but I'm getting excited and wondering if I should start at the end of this summer.
Is freight starting to pick back up yet?

What are Chattanooga rates coming to Florida as opposed to Memphis lately... I know rates suck but I've met enough O/Ps running Memphis to Florida and back using some much hated brokerage firms doing really well with Dry Vans... to at least bring it up... I was at a Brooksville Walmart DC a few months ago and was chopping it up while waiting a couple of hours with a independent... CH Robinson called him at the beginning of our convo offering a load from Lakeland FL to Arlington TN for $1100... Within an Hour and a half and after 3 hang ups he got the load to $1600 and had the product cut from 44 to 42... Boss status
