    Believe it or not, I found those to be too stiff and heavy for me, plus I don't like them that tall. Those look almost identical to a military style boot..?

    They do look military. I wear my USMC hat all the time and the boots of course, get A Lot of "Thank You For Serviing" comments every day.

    I did buy a pair of WM waterproof short boots but didn't care for the shortness of the boots. I may end up dropping them in one of those clothing bins.

    JReding- Do you recall a storm in the early 90's( I think) when the I-90 floating bridge got damaged? I was with Crowley then-we took ocean-going tugs up to Lake Washington to assist.
