That's sure going to make crossing TX on I-10 a treat...
driverdriver, bzinger, KB3MMX and 1 other person Thank this. -
What difference would it make? We can be governed have an empty trailer and still go down any grade, slope, or hill just as fast and STILL be within legal Speed limits. With states increasing speed limits left and right this really is not going too solve anything at all.

75 mph in Texas
80 mph in Wyoming
How much of a traffic hazard is this going to be to purposefully put a 15+ mph traffic shear on all their roadways.....
This mandate is going to INCREASE truck/car accidents ... Without a doubt.
STUPID FMCSA needs to be shut down!!
TYRANNY !! -
When one accounts for driver stops what do you think a trucks average speed is now?
Any way to HACK the elogs that are coming? Anybody that willingly supports this is a 'Class A' fool!!Last edited: Sep 8, 2016

If this happens I'm rolling down the interstate at 40 mph or whatever the minimum is and would encourage all drivers to join me.
So I'm too fast for freedom? Alright watch this... -
