How long does the process normally take? I applied on a Saturday, I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday, so gave them a call. Got transferred around and had to leave a message, that lady called me back late that evening (I called early that morning). We went over the credit app and said she would send it over to the assigned Client Relations Manager. I called this afternoon (Friday) and find out my CRM is out of the office until Monday, try back then.
Seriously? They do realize I'm a customer, not an employee, right?
Just wondering if any others got the runaround when trying to work with them.
Thanks.

I'm confused. How long does what process take? Who are you and what are you applying for?
-
The process of getting approved for financing and getting to pick a truck. I've already been approved into the Choice program. Just wondering if waiting over a week to hear from my account manager is normal.
-
It all depends. My first time getting a truck took almost two months.

Thanks for the info guys. Just wanted to be sure I wasn't alone in the long wait hehe.

No, waiting to find out where truck is located, as I will go to that OC for orientation.

Once SFI gives you a settlement date for your truck your in..3 days isn't much of a wait.
Remember if you're getting a truck from SFI that determines everything.
The Choice program is saturated now so that's probably one of the reasons you're waiting.
Yes you are a customer..but not really as you're leasing.
They look at it like you can wait till THEY'RE ready.
Hang in there and be patient..you have your foot in the door.Bo Hunt Thanks this.
