Three arrested at Pilot - Inver Grove Heights, MN

I read post after post about how disgusting truck stop parking lots are with their strong odor of pee, and how folks are too lazy to pee in a bottle or walk inside. I am guessing most think there pee won't stink the place up? It is one thing to pee wherever when facilities are not available, no bottles in sight, and your teeth are floating, but I have seen guys just whip it out and go wherever.

Unfortunately it is what it is. In Massachusetts they will arrest you for public urination(peeing in a corner of a building, in an alley,etc.)and indecent exposure if they catch you. If kids are around the charges can be upgraded to where you'll be put on the sex offender registry.

 

I've been to that Pilot ( used it as a emergency fuel stop once) and where the incident took place, that's pretty much out in the open(people driving on the highway and the access road can see anyone doing their business from that point).

 

Myself, i would question why, if the inside restrooms were closed, why porta cans were not available to the public. They serve food, so where are the foodsevice employees supposed to wash their hands?
And where are the employees supposed to do their business?

 

I'd like to know that myself. Usually a situation like that they have port a potties or portable bathrooms in trailers setup.
