I said I had Sunday work.
The Ford F750 was loaded up ready to go at 8am. We came to a Truck Stop where I've only gotten drinks and such.
The pumps are slow and half of them don't work.
Moved the truck 4 times.
The 4th time I dropped the back wheels off into a swamp. We are waiting on Dan Wheeler to come get us out. At least 30 and probably 45 minutes from now.
You live and you learn. -
The rest of the day went ok.
That F750 did better on fuel than I figured it would. Put in 12 hours from arrival at 7am to departure at 9pm. Hmm. That is actually 14 hours. Even if they take the wrecker fee away I still did pretty good.
Got home 10:30
Had Barbecue Chicken, Noodles and beans.
Will be asleep VERY soon. -
Where the heck is everyone?
I can't believe nobody else has posted since Saturday!
My check was just short of miserable.
Roland is absent today.
It's not shaping up to be a great day.Rocks Thanks this. -

our office has no idea what I'll be doing this week.....typical
Would love to get started installing the Carli lift kit for the Super Duty, but..............about the time I start I'm sure they will call wanting me to leave out.. -
Hartford CT. Grabbing a sammich, then gonna ease round the corner and kick #4 off. Gonna get 1 more off today, and finish up in New Hamshah in the AM. Mike if dump truckin up there pays like it does down south, pretty much 6-61/2 days a week for 600-800 a week. That's for one of the better outfits.
Tall Mike Thanks this. -
I got my first run at 11:30.
I'm in Stafford or thereabouts.
They seem to be at lunch at the pick up.
