Wild Wild West Truck stop! LAS VEGAS NEVADA

Missed it by 20 min! Had to pull over at loves for the night. God dang oversize, if it werent for you Id be watching half naked ladies by now and throwing coins in the machines. Next time it will be my mission to make it here. I always wondered what happens in downtown vegas.

 

Pretty much the same thing that happens up and down the strip. With all the hype that came with them promoting down town, it's sort of a letdown when you see it. In fact, I'd rather go to Laughlin for a couple of days gambling. When you are in a location where Vegas is your nearest shopping, entertainment, medical and what have you, the glitz goes away quickly.

 

Does one have to payto park at the Wild West?

 

No charge for parking, rooms can run 200 a night. yay

 

Great! I've got three days to get to LA and I've never checked out "Las Vegas" proper--usually I just stay at the Petro and then get going.

No room for me--I love my travelling motel...

The LV Monorail tickets are only about $10 bucks a day pass, will take you from MGM Grand all the way up north along 7 other stops or so at various casinos so you can see the entire strip.

It's gonna be a crazy packed city this weekend. HOT. Really want to have fun go New Year's Eve, the entire strip is shut down and acehole to bellybutton packed with people. Chicks pulling up their tops left and right. Absolutely disgusting
