When another truck is interested in taking my lane, by any means, fair or unfair legal or illegal, I have been admonished over the years that I failed to yield the lane to that aggressive murderous driver and therefore I was more guilty than that driver who crossed double yellow lines. OK you guys are having an affect on me and starting today I will be doing that yielding thing so I hope you're happy.

I'm not mad at ya Scottie , I've just got the point of having decided if I let all the low grades upset me it makes for a long day and I got better things to do than be mad all the time .
I don't like the lack of professionalism I see these days but I have to adjust for it unfortunately .scottied67 Thanks this. -
When a big rig coming at you and seems bent on taking your spot. Give it to the sombitch. Let it go.
I tell you why.
In Baltimore on 95 just south of the Fort McHenry Tunnel lies the entrance from 695 beltway into 95 south. It's 2 lane, then one merging into what I recall as 4 lane southbound. Always a stubborn coot refusing to move and 6 trucks bump each other wrecking totally the two roadways for most of the day, usually a gasoline tanker etc. That's that.
Give him the room. You might save lives this way. If he wants to be bad about it collect his unit company information, get the file off your dash cam (You do run one right? Right?) and turn that in to the safety of that company. That will settle his hash.
Yes you might feel like a loser. But you strike back with the evidence of his bad bully behavior grubbing your space. And that will likely get him removed from the road a while.
Be safe out there. Ride easy. A long way to go and a short time to get there.scottied67, bzinger and audeygdad Thank this.
