Flatbedder Dies Avoiding Overpass in NY

That is suppose to be the rule, but many states have it in various languages. It seems as though it is politically correct to adapt the regulations to others needs rather than making them adapt to the regulations...we wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings by making it look like we're racially profiling them.
