That's something you just don't see very often ... later model fleet reefer trailer ... tandems far forward ... and that type of structural failure? Would be interesting to see how that was loaded. Nothing about that makes any sense but I guess some sort of crash contributed to the failure? or was the failure the crash?
Possible some previous driver hit a dock REAL HARD, and it suffered some internal issues in the walls that took a while to get stressed to the point of collapse?bullhaulerswife, double yellow and tsavory Thank this. -
I believe from the story, the guy ended up in the median, and the trailer failed. Wonder how much cheese they really did pile in there?
HeWhoMustNotBeNamed Thanks this. -
I gouda avoided that if it were me. Looked like a Sharp bend in the trailer too. Can't trust these Utah companies, they hire a lot of Swiss.
Many motorists who stopped to gather the spilled product were held back by police, who were shouting "That's nacho cheese!"
That's all I got! -

People used to think I was nuts when I always said "NEVER over-torque the screws on your side marker light!".
See what happens!! I'm vindicated!! -

Perhaps if that was what he did, if he had spread the load out the trailer might have not broken.
