Or so says the Washington Post headline. Of course when you read down a little ways, you find out the church van pulled out in front of it...
"Church driver kills 3 congregants?"
Semi kills 3 church goers

They must have caught some heat from truck drivers, because now the headline reads:
[h=1]3 congregants killed when semi slams into church van[/h]Which, imo, isn't any better. It surely implies the semi is at fault, when he likely isn't.
All media is biased, lying, and disgusting.
They could have easily titled it: "Church van pulls out in front of semi, resulting in three fatalities".SHO-TYME, double yellow, runningman0661 and 5 others Thank this. -

Whenever I hear the words "church van" anymore I picture a vehicle filled with people plunging off a ravine. One would have to have a death wish to step inside one of those things
Shaggy Thanks this. -
The media just don't like truck drivers and tries their best to make all of them look bad with their headlines.
KW Cajun and double yellow Thank this. -
Ride around with any priest or ravian in a van around up here and you only has one of two out comes, death or sex abuse.
Sex scandal are coming out everywhere now a days.
That distraction will make bad driver pulling in front of transport truck and smashed.
I remember in Holyrood a priest pulled in front of one of my uncles trucks with a fulling load fuel tanker with his ford LTD. Dead on impact and the driver saved the truck from rolling over and prevented a huge environmental disaster and/or explosion.
Dumb priest got his dead wish.
Guess God was pissed of with him in a big way.

Reminds me of a joke.
The good news is, a bus load of terrorists plummet off cliff while on route to bomb building class
The bad news is, there were 3 empty seats. -
Headlines sell attention, attract readers, makes more money. Semi kills creates images of mass destruction.....much more attention-grabbing than Collision claims 3 church members. One sounds (and is) violent, the other sounds like an obituary column statistic. Big stuff makes big messes makes big attention makes bigger money.
