Our CEO and General Manager were both drivers who became fed up with companies that just don't seem to care whether or not the drivers are doing well or even if they stay a driver or not. This isn't a cattle farm where we bring a hundred through the door on Monday and by Friday half are already home. We plan small orientations with a maximum of 10 drivers and the CEO and General Manager will be the ones providing your 1 DAY orientation.

What We Offer:

  • Great Pay 80-20% split.     
  • Gross up to $7,000/Week
  • $2.50 - $2.75 CPM, Loaded and Empty

  • Free Cargo and General Liability
  • Free Company provided Prepass/Easypass(tolls taken from settlement), ELD, Signage
  • $53.51/week Physical Damage and BT Insurance Plates available at $200 per week till paid (on settlements)
  • No forced Dispatch, home time is as requested. (WE WILL GET YOU HOME) 
  • Friendly and Cooperative staff, dedicated for your success 
  • Drivers Concierge for drivers 24/7 on call
  • Direct Deposit every week
  •  Limited northeast driving if requested or dedicated brokers for your convenience 
  • $2000 escow account paid at $200 per week for 10 weeks. Escrow can be used a secondary maintenance with approval and can be voided at 1 year service by request.
  • Self Dispatch available to qualified drivers

Requirements:

  • There is no restriction on truck age, but the following requirements would have to be met.
  •  Desire and Ambition to Succeed
  • 2 years OTR Experience (some exceptions taken)
  • Must be 25 years old
  • Good Driving record and professional Courtesy (past DOT or MVR violations assessed on case by case basis.
  • No drug related offences or felonies in the last 7 years
