    Oh, come off it.
There is nothing PC about it. My definition is in line with what you copied and pasted, albeit with my own personal bias. I believe in one income households, I believe in marriage, and I believe in having kids. If you want to take the two kids and and spouse out, fine. Adam Smith, the "Father of Capitalism" would disagree. He argued that there should be a minimum wage equal to twice what it would cost a person to raise a family with two kids.

Don't believe me? Read "Wealth of Nations". I do once a year.

You seem to have missed my point. Personal bias can change the definition of a word or phrase, which is why I mentioned PC, and how it has made many definitions today subjective that until now were not.

I have read the works of Adam Smith, and while he was brilliant and influenced many including Benjamin Franklin, not everything he wrote was uniformly accepted by Franklin and many of our founders.

Go back to the building blocks of capitalism and you will find that a living wage is central to it's success.

Or go a century (or so) later to the birth of socialism and you will find that much of what the socialists thought would bring down capitalism is the lack of a living wage.

The "guaranteed living wage" of Andrew Yang is in response to the concentration of wealth and the maximization of profits of the last couple of decades. That wealth concentration runs contrary to capitalistic theory and if left unchecked undermines growth.

I'd just add that at the wealth concentration we have today, we are at the point where even Adam Smith's invisible hand will not work anymore. ...No I am not a communist.

    Wealth concentration?

These phrases sound similar in nature to politicians who use terms like, "the shape of our democracy." LOL

Every generation since the beginning of time has always had a concentrated level of wealth, held and controlled by a small minority.

Perhaps it time to go back and read the old classic, Animal Farm ;-)

It is not about instigating revolution with pompous phrases but simply utilizing social and political science, economics history to recognize the phenomenon.

I still am not sure who the filthy pigs in the farm were, a new communist establishment or wealth concentrators. Lol. In the end it doesn't matter.

Wealth concentration? Go back 150 years ago, how many truly wealthy people were there, 20? There's a lot more wealthy people now than there was then, hell poor people now are obese.

That's how they made them. So that they sit still. They won't stir any trouble.

Seriously! The bigest social revolutions French or Bolshevik were carried by the hungry.
WE WANT BREAD! BREAD! Yelling they were.
