I just got off the phone with the District Attorney for Oklahoma County, David Prater (yes, it was really him) who confirmed that the security guard in this case intentionally killed himself at a gun range last week. He said the guard's story just wasn't adding up and that they were planning on charging him with the shooting before he shot himself.

One dead after shooting at S.W. Oklahoma City gun range

He also said something I hadn't heard before, which was that not only was he supposedly messing with the brake lines but he was messing with the kingpin as well.

Here's hoping Paul, the driver who was shot, takes his time selecting a law firm to represent him in his coming civil court case, choosing one with the resources to sift through all the nonsense T/A will surely throw at him.

If that’s the case then that T/A is in very serious trouble. Forcing a truck driver to move is one thing, but when you start SABOTAGING A CMV by MESSING WITH THE AIR LINES and the KINGPIN-that’s an entirely different level!

Going to be kind of hard to prove a case against a deadman.

Not necessarily. The air lines/glad hands and kingpin on the tractor trailer can be dusted for finger/hand prints if the DNA hasn’t degraded enough. And if they do find that guard’s prints on that truck, then they’ve got him literally dead to rights!

In recent years cold cases have been solved, sometimes DECADES after the crime has been committed-and after the suspect(s) are deceased.

Maybe Paul shouldn't of parked where he shouldn't of. He shouldn't of started to fight the security guard and try to take his gun. #### Paul he brought this on himself and I don't feel sorry for him.
