Dry box trailer wash out in cold weather?

Tell you what, TallJoe, you're a good driver, and I'd hire you in a minute. Honestly, that floor didn't look that bad, I've loaded some pretty funky van trailers that the previous driver that dropped it couldn't have cared less about. Once, I had a brand new rail van, picked up a load of (leaking) junk engine blocks. I pity the fool that had to reload THAT wagon. The thing with van trailers, they are suppose to haul nasty things, they aren't food grade, and generally get the worst of whatever is hauled. Good job!

 

We used oak planks on our Rodgers low-bed it was out in the weather 365 days, shovel off the mud and snow while searching for the chains and binders......

PITA to lay under it and re-do the bolts!

only replaced the boards when they rotted -or- someone got confused and pushed a ripper hook down too far....

 

I had to wash a dry van out once.
I sat for 3 days afterwards in California because
Nobody would load it until the wood was completely dry.
They didn't want hear that it was washed out,
To them it was a leak some where.
Never done that again.
