Has anyone else been getting load assignment’s were they don’t include the loaded miles and empty miles?
DM said is a "I.T." problem. (?)

It didn't make sense to me his answer because if you can send me a load assignment with all of the rest info. (Pickup#... Shipper ECT) why can't you include the miles? When he said it is a "I.T." problem.. I responded .. "I knew it!"
"We driver's are dealing with "Inter Terrestrial" DM's and Planner's! No wonder!
He also mentioned that Richmond has switch people around and Jake is no longer in charge of the West region and that now Daniel is the new planner... while Jake is the new planner for the N.E.
He said we are making changes to improve....
I said in my mind... "Here we go again!"

 

Ugh... more changes??? How long can they move chairs around until they fix, er “improve”, whatever is going on behind that window? Same news since 2015... and probably well before that.

I have not had issues with miles not showing up but I can see it being an IT issue and not data entry as those fields are probably automatically filled based on ZIP Code miles... I did have an issue when someone called me about not getting my “final” and I had not left yet... it too was blamed on “the systems been acting up today”.

 

BOL Reads... “Loading Dock can accommodate a 53 foot trailer, however a 48 foot trailer would be better for the driver.”

Apparently they're having some wacky technical issues at Richmond.
Also I try to get a hold of Tim and I was told that he is no longer with us.
