    Yes, let's hope it doesn't come to that. People need to work. I certainly don't have a crystal ball as to how this will out pan out.

    I can only say from personal experiences in my limited lifetime of 62 years, I've faced several, of what appeared to insurmountable odds, and have come through, by God's goodness and grace.

    Because Lord knows, a couple of times they were totally self-inflicted ;-)

    Periods like this are good for the collective soul sometimes. Introspection and reevaluation of what's most important is necessary from time to time.

    It's humbling, but cleansing.

    I have one better than that. Not related to the coronovirus.

    I stopped in a rest area a couple weeks ago to use the facilities. This driver pulled in beside me with a c-pap machine on in the middle of the day.

    Curiosity got the best of me so I asked him WTH he was doing wearing that thing while driving. He said the company provides it and monitors his usage, since he can't sleep with it on he wears it while driving to get his usage time in.

    Just when I thought I had seen it all!!!
    Time to find a new job!!!

    I got one better than that. When I was first getting set up with an APAP, the sleep center director told me that there was a driver who confessed to putting the mask on and running the machine on his dog! LOL

    So if the company matches his CPAP usage with his logs, they'll discover he was sleeping the whole time while driving! That's rich LOL

    So this is what it might have looked like back then.
    Love watching those B&W movies on TNT sometimes. Interesting, how different in those old days people sounded linguistically, at least in movies. They spoke with such a high level of diction, as if every single word mattered, and grammatical purity, compared to how the speak today, even in a movie scene.
