Maybe they should become team drivers, would look less like lizard. I'm not even sure what less like lizard really means, LOL.

 

Maybe just two lonely people, being a little less lonely for awhile.
Being two consenting, unattached adults, scratching an itch, with the possibilty of something more.

I've been in this situation (hard to believe, I know), and I see no problem. But I've never seen any problems with a one night stand with a fine young lady. I'm single, and have no obligations, and refuse to patonize the local recreational reptiles. But I have shared sleeper space with the occassional female driver, or waitress. No obligations, no strings, just enjoying each other's company for awhile.

 

why would you even consider to put yourself, or your fictional friend in that category? Would you say the same outside of trucking?

We have all been younger, and while I don't say we have all done some crazy things, I know I have. That didn't make me a hooker.

Made me an adult looking for some adult fun.

Have at it, I would NEVER accuse anyone indulging in this legal activity of being anything like that.

Sex is not bad or dirty. Even though the Christian fanatics in this country try to make it that, but who cares what they think anyhow. Thank God they don't control my life (yet, shudder).

By the way, I met my boyfriend on the road. He is a driver too. We never hooked up until he came to visit for Christmas, but hey, we could have, and who would have cared???

Lot lizards do anyone, everyday, for a price. Your story doesn't seem like that at all! And if you like him, I hope something more works out for you two .

 

May lead to AIDS, gonorrhea, syphilis, pregnancy, getting robbed, bad case of crabs, etc. etc. Not against sex or anything, but one night stands always seemed to me like Russian routlette with your body...

Lot Lizards are prostitutes. There is a difference between prostitution and consenting sex between two people. While I personally believe in sex belonging within marriage.........the scenario described is no different that two people meeting anywhere and having a one night stand.

If money (or other valuables) isn't exchanged.....it's not prostitution.

 

While it hasn't happen to me, I see no more problems than the usual things that go with meeting someone new.
