    i am a female truck driver that enjoys my job very well but southern cal transport done me wrong when something really bad happend to me. and because of what has happend to me they are getting there butts handed to them by 5 attorneys. for one thing i should have never had to go through this, i am out there trying to make a living for my family. just something really personal to me that was bad should never of happend to me and i hold southern cal transport at fault. Now they are trying to keep me from finding a job i have applied for 22 driving jobs as of now they all say i can come to work for them till they talk to southern cal transport then they call me back and say they can't hire me at this time. So i say don't go to work for southern cal!!!

    Without knowing any details about how they "done me wrong when something really bad happened to me", I'm not sure where you are going with this?

    i think i have a right to sues them for what has happend to it is very personal to me and my family. i will never be the same person again because of this.:biggrin_25510:

    but if you're just going to hint at things then you really need to stop posting as I do believe at LEAST one of those 5 lawyers told you NOT TO DISCUSS anything with anyone and that means internet forums that reach hundreds of people!!

    They probably didn't get her home for her Grandmas birthday, so she is going to "get 'em" and sue 'em and badmouth 'em. Hiring 5 lawyers is no problem with a drivers wage, right?

    What drivers wage? She can't get a job, because of SCT. So she doesn't even have a drivers wage to hire the 5 attorney's with!
