corona virus...this is no joke!

If this is a hoax, it's the most elaborate hoax I've ever seen.

But hey, some people could have theoretically made 30% on the market in a week with insider knowledge.

I have a friend with a hard on for Boeing stock. Said if it drops to $100 buy, I should have, it's up to $182 yesterday!

Uber is up around 30% from its low. They obviously have a business model pre/during/and post virus

 

Yeah that business model is the CEO saying, "You're on your own." Meaning it is up to the individual driver if they want to work and get infected/spread it or not. Uber Eats is one of the companies delivering food from places still, too.

 

That’s true of every job in this country, no one is showing up at your house, pointing a gun at you forcing you to go to work.

 

You can feel the tension skyrocket in the span of a weekend just from fake news and their fear mongering, if they just so much as turned off the internet all of a sudden, it would take about 24 hours for 90% of the populace to go off their absolute nut. Not knowing what's going on, seeing everyone else start running and scavenging, buying all the toilet paper, rational thought sort of gets steamrolled by the stampede of fight or flight. That's why they say you don't want to be anywhere near a large population center, or find yourself without the means to quickly get away from one if necessary

 

Investors only care about business models. And Uber is doing well.

Wether they should or not isn’t a concern of Wall Street. Only future potential. Thriving in this time is very appealing to investors

 

actually some jobs, like mine, are doing their best to protect their employees. We've got everyone that can work at home doing so, and those that are not are being housed at least 6', if not more, apart. To mitigate the chance of spreading it and causing harm.

 

If it's a bioweapon it's terribly ineffective. You want high fatality-low or targeted distribution. Or something with a cure you can distribute before you release it.
