Unrelated- the recruiters are out in full force right now. In the past week, I've had four reach out, and apparently sixteen view my LinkedIn profile. Getting bonkers over here.

 

That is interesting. They are trying to poach you or what’s going on? Explain more if you can. Wonder why now would be more then usual?

 

Just got off the phone with one of the guys we ran sand boxes with this past spring/summer. Pulling for a diff company now and looking for trucks. $380 a load, 50/hr detention. Could be a blessing in disguise, staying away from populated areas and whatnot.

Suppose to meet with owner on Monday. Word is the frac companies around me aren't closing down yet, even with super low oil prices atm. Still haven't caught up to the few rigs we have around my area.

 

AR with 40rd extended mags- Check
Rem 870. 00 buck- Check
Glock .40 w/22rd mags- Check
Grenades- Needed

 

Cant tell you how many normally anti gun people who have been talking and buying guns + ammo round here. It sort of pisses me off in a sense because they are the same people who want to take our rights away. Now they are a little scared and want to make sure they stay safe. Ultimately, it’s a good thing IF they don’t forget this feeling when it all blows over and they are back to their safe place. My guess is they will forget quickly.
