rag -
You do realize you say that on each of my loads?
Obviously I won't be able to help you this weekend but if nothing all else screwy comes up I'll be there tuesday to help fix what we can. -
I recall a time where my cummins decided it didnt like its turbo, radiator or intercooler, after owning the thing for less than a month.
a certian RAG and a few otheres, offered up help from half way across the world.
I had to convince them i was belly-aching and would make it out the otherside ok.
They took a lot of convincing, so i can only imagine what it would have been like had i been in the same country as them.
And to think, people dont understand why i want to call the USA my home.
out here, everyone just says, that sucks and your SOL. -
Exactly agent there's always someone that gives a helping hand.

Tankergirl80 and Eskimo6804 Thank this.

Friends in usa apear to remember what it means to be called such.
at least thats my experience of things! -
agent just for the record, when i got into this kenworth, rob and i had been talking for about a month, believe me when i tell you things happen for a reason, rob is one of the most positve people i know!!!!first, there a man who post here and there and reads alot of these post but dosnt say much, his name (BIGRRAY) ,when ray heard i was leaseing on to a company and heading north from ft laud to alabama, hes was on his way home and he called and we met up just ouside ocala,i #### near broke putting all my money in fuel to make it where i was going and we hung out at macdonalds, the man bought me lunch and we chatted for over an hour,he took the time to refreash my memory on some things and didnt hesatate to lend a hand,as of now we talk almost everyday, weather it be planing a route, just shooting the siit or just to catch up,after a long run,on the flip side agent,my second load out,i had left jacksonville fla and as i was heading tward I-75 rob and i were shooting the siit and we found our selves just a few miles apart and met up for a brief 1/2 hour ,and like i said in my prevouse post tonight mya/c craped out and rob offerd to help,, and yes agent im proud to call these gentalmen my friends!!!!,we all seem to have differnt goals, but the job is the same, drive the truck with out breaking down (and its gona breakdown)lol be safe and take care of our familys the best we know how!,it dont matter what you did for a liveing before you jumped into that truck, the rules are tougher now and the fines are steep, but one things for sure,80.000lbs rolling and bounceing down the hiway can take its toll on a man and when it breaks down its good to know there a helping hand!!!!
-
basicly what im trying to say is we all fall down, and every once in a while while you thinking about getting up,out of no where a hand is put forth and you might hear , come friend let me give you a helping hand
and yes there are poeple out there in todays day and age that thin k the same,

if there is any truck junk yards around yout could get the down tube off any turbo. cut it where it needs to be to fit and run flex pipe off that point. you just need the flared end to fit the turbo as long as you didn't screw up the turbo
