les2,it let loose at the braket on the fram,but es it was the lower linkage arm,i replaced both adjustment swiveil (thingys lol),for $7.12 for each at kenworth,i figure if one was fatuged and worn the undue stress on the other is a matter of time so just while it was apart, i changed both,$14.24 aint gona break me ,but if it let loose again while everything had been running like it did and the burns i have on my arm from the trans,id like to give the arm atleast time to heal; lol

stranger,hope you didnt take it wrong ,i was just comenting that from the problem i had my adjustment was out due to the linkage,so we readjusted it so it was correct,i must say your comment eased my mind,knowing how i drive,iv been around trucks and heavy equipment all my life so repairs on wear and tare items are common,but theres a far cry from wear and tare to just plain old abuse and neglect,and id like things to last as long as possible due to these tonka toys aint cheap to fix

yes les2 it was the lower twards that attaches to the trans,it dos sit a a bit of an angle but dosnt rub the frame,dont know what tr your truck is but mines a 97 t-600
