It’s worse than that, got 211 miles on Monday, for $500, then 480 for $950. Be looking for another $1200 at least for wed and thurs. then 1000 miles home for $1600. Then I’m parking it. $42-4400, $12-1400 fuel. That’s the reality of it. No bs here. Takes 6 days to do it.

I find this amusing...people wouldn't tell police a thing if they saw a murder, drug deal, rape, assault, etc etc.

Nowadays...you walk out of your house to the mail box someone is calling the cops to snitch your not inside. LOL. My local police had to put out a notice to stop calling 911 to snitch on your neighbors walking their dogs.

dang man . i need atleast 1.75 a mile , company takes 25% of linehaul. comes out to 1.30 a mile give or take, for me to break even. been searching load board in phoenix, salt lake, la, and el paso and all surrounding areas. its either all going the wrong direction or the ones going the right direction are 1.50 a mile or anything better has already been taken.....if it was my truck i would just park it and go home, but in my contract i have to make 15k of revenue a month to the truck after my 75%... comes out to 1.50 a mile at 10k miles.. which is 2.00 a mile all in... not sure what to do, if i cant find anything. none of the agents have anything either. dont know what they expect me to do if its no freight ....

 

Dang dude. Those are some tough markets to make that kind of coin.
At Schneider, 3 of those 4 places I won't go to because I got burned in all 3.
