I can believe it. This past week running i95 through ct/ny/nj/de/md it was quiet. Very few trucks out on the road it feels like. I haven't stopped at a truck stop in ages so I can't comment on the parking situation, but I suspect they are full of truckers waiting on a load to get moving.
