Then your brother is mistaken. Walmart owns all their properties. They even have a real estate division to re-purpose their old stores. They bring in the small store, then as demand grows they open a super and then sell off their old property. Google is your friend.

I know Wal-Mart doesn't need our business but it would be nice if they had maybe 10 monitored, designated truck spots with trash cans and a time limit, say 2 hours? This way one wouldn't have to worry about being booted when they run in for groceries, a prescription, other supplies. Their parking lots usually seem pretty huge, put us around back if they have to. I try to spend as little as possible when I'm out but sometimes something comes up, especially when I got sick one time and needed a prescription filled.
