I used to pull a reefer a few times a year hauling seedlings. every spring I'd run to Vancouver Island to the tree nurseries and back up here to northern AB to drop them off out in the bush while the ground was still frozen. they would cache them under piles of wood chips and snow to keep them in suspension (not growing) and then fly in with choppers to pick them up and plant them for reforestation. gravy...especially when you're used to dragging around overweight and O/D loads all winter. swooosh! I'd get a lot of funny looks running around pulling a van with a winch tractor, but she was all by the hour.

Sounds like they are an honest company. A rare trait in the trucking industry

it's a pleasant change to run up or down any hill at 65 mph instead of 13mph. I weighed more empty with a 16 wheel lowbed than I was with a 53' van loaded to the roof front to back with seedlings. those runs were like taking a paid vacation.
