@jamespmack do the 11.1 all way up to the 14L share same injectors/body?

@singlescrewshaker Rochester Diesel in Minnesota does quality work. We have 20% injectors on the 93 through them. Messing with pumps last weekend we must of got a spec of dirt in #6 line and we sent back and they replaced it. Good guys.

Even if you want something mild like 8-15% more they'll extrude hone em to whatever your specifics are.

After typing i just realized they don't have piston squirters right? The 11.1 even drilled for em? Totally forgot about that.

My old 11.9 getting the BW 702 up to 1000 on a pull if i don't back out. Might spend the 250 and try the 1.45 don't care about being laggy when im dead slow off line anyways LOL. Lower the drive pressure too for when the mech pump goes on

Stage 1 Detroit Series 60 Injector | Rochester Diesel

    Extrude Honing Process

Extrude honing is a process that takes an injector tip and forces a silly putty like material through the holes in the nozzle. The silly putty material, also known as media, has very fine grit in it. We can do a basic clean-up hone. This removes built up carbons and any imperfections in the nozzle. A clean up hone will produce injectors that smoke less at idle and burn fuel more cleanly.

    Our Custom Hone Programs
Rochester Diesel also has custom hone programs that will produce mileage, horsepower and all out performance injectors. Please call for honing prices for your injectors Depending on what the customer wants we use different media. There’s an extremely fine media for small nozzle and a larger grit media for larger nozzles.

The Kennametal Vector Tip hone machine will work on any and all makes of diesel injector tips. All injector tips in a set are honed to flow the same amount of fuel to within a 2% range. To guarantee this Rochester Diesel runs all honed nozzles through our custom built flow machine. Rochester Diesel’s flow machine flow tests injectors using calibration fluid instead of air (as recommended by Kennametal.) This produces proper and consistent operation when installed in the motor.

S471 171701 the, 02 for a fact i know you can get a 1.10 or 1.15 housing and even t4 i wanna say 1.25. Little extra fuel won't hurt the ole girl

On smaller hp trucks i personally wouldn't want less than 3.70s preferably 3.90s I'd say 75% of the Ch's had 3.90s from the factory. Don't feel bad wanting more lol big red has 4.42s dragging a box around :p

And you wonder why only top notch companies spec big hp these days. Driving castrated company rigs for 4 years, when i started with the old man he rode with for a few weeks drilling it into me to drive by the pyro.

The 3rd we get to hire a driver is gonna be a simple 9 speed 350-400hp that even X1 would have a tough time killing:eek:

Rant done, time to do some billing and fill out more carrier packs. The dinosaur ones not the nicey nice click n fill the print and scan. Us hillbillies are with the times, spend some $$$ and update your OS
