I just got fuel in Ohio for $1.86. Down from $1.94 a week ago. I topped it off on the way home. Should have waited to fill it up today, on my way out. Net loss for bad decision, $8.00. Oh well, wasn’t sure I’d be back this way. Gasoline is 1.05, same price as 1980, working for minimum wage. $2.35 an hr. Spent half my paycheck back then just cruising around, at 10 mpg in my big old 68 Chrysler. Bought for $250. Those were the days.
