Ya know, I had that issue as well when I left my day job to do this. While I did not work with my family, it was a small family run Ag outfit in a small town & you become just that, family. Worked there 11 years to the day & could not wait to get out on my own, we worked a lot of overtime & were around one another at least 6 days a week, sometimes 7.
For the first few months, it was welcome change, but thinking it was more that I was burned out on the job itself, not the people because to this day if I could afford to set up a transport co. that included those very same people, I would do it in an instant. -
Good luck on the audit. I'm looking forward to whatever info you can provide on how it went, how long it took and what it covered. It'll be some time before mine, at least I can be a bit more prepared.JasonTheRock Thanks this. -
