Use a wet wash cloth or paper towel to keep your eye sockets moist. Cold water is best to help numb them....I've slept alot with one across my eyes. A hot shower will give some relief for awhile. I will also use a shot glass filled with cold water....push it up tight against your eye socket and blink several times. Put a towel around ya cause your gonna get wet.
Mostly it's just giving them time to heal. I scratch my eyes on a regular basis.... It ain't no fun.singlescrewshaker, PoleCrusher, jamespmack and 8 others Thank this. -

cold packs seem to help.
Eye ease you could buy over the counter but for some reason they took the best stuff off the shelf. Its getting better now. I know it takes time to heal.singlescrewshaker, PoleCrusher, jamespmack and 7 others Thank this. -
