Is English your third language or what? Read the rules moron--if you can read in anything other than caps---it's in the rules of etiquette. I won't be sorry to see you go when you get kicked out of here. I can see now why you had a bad experience at Prime. That's more than likely your experience wherever you go. You're not having a very good one here either. Could it possibly be YOU? Oh hell no, not when there's a whole world to blame everything on. As Ironpony already told you: "So... why don't you go crawl back under the rock you came out from???"

Billsgril,
Sorry to hear that your "husband has not made a paycheck in 13 weeks". I do not work for Prime at writing but I have spent my amount of time over the road since 1983 when I obtained my class 1 and now known as a CDL class A.
I can tell you that, times have been up and down for over the road drivers in years past and and will be in years to come. One has to be able to decide if over the road trucking is what they really want in life. It is not easy, for quite a few people especially those with family at home or family riding with them (non-driver).
One issue here and maybe you can clear up is one post you are saying that he sits quite a bit and than you post again that the "FM says to run his butt off, and don't take any breaks. Which is it? Just maybe he (the FM) is stating to drive his 11 hours before he takes his required HOS time off. I am not there so to hear this, nor was or am I privileged to this information.
Now, if it is true that his FM told him to drive over the HOS, he should report this ASAP and DO NOT do as what was ordered. Remember it is his license that is at stake here. Fines by the government for HOS violations are quite steep now along with jail time. Also he has to think about being involved in an accident with death or injuries resulting. Once again I ask, that your husband, if this situation is true, stop and call safety at Prime and report him to not just one person but to everyone that he has telephone numbers to or if he does not have the numbers to others get them.
I can also tell you from experience that all companies promise you (drivers) and some the families the world, but when you really go there for yourself and work for that company you really see the truth come out, some take longer to see and others you don't have to be there long. Truth is that the company has a job to do, and that is to get their customers load from point A to point B at a certain rate of pay and at a certain time.
The current economy is hurting everyone as you are well aware. Looking back at your post it seems that your husband my have come to drive maybe just a little over a year, at which time is when the economy went down the drain. Maybe this was not the best of time for anyone to get into the industry. I do not know your and your husbands finical situation, but like mine and many many others in this world right now it is not great.
Please do not get on any company for anyones losses, as many companies have had to cut rates or go out of business (as many have) just to survive this downturn. This is not only for over the road companies but also many local as well. Just take a minute and look at a very large union company that has asked its union members for give backs not once but three times now and still my end up closing. Many none trucking industry companies have also closed or laid off a large number of employees, also look at the states themselves, they have many budget problems and also have let employees go.
What I am saying here, is that the current problem is world wide and even though the latest trucking industry index has increased a little over 1 percent this past month it is by far what is needed with the slow season coming up (winter).
In closing, remember all trucking companies promise you the world, but the grass is not always greener on the other side.
Thanks for your time -
