i have got truck and its got 3.36 ratio with d46 rears and cat 550
im gonna be pulling super b now in canada.

    i have two questions.
1.can i pull super b with 3.36 on hills and not damage anything?

    2. or if can i change the gears inside to 3.73 and keep the same rear ends.

    last but not least.
or you guys think its better to change everything and get 3.73 with 46s or super 40s.

im not sure if im putting this in right section, sorry if i didn’t because im new.

    thank you.

If anything next time you need tires go lo pro if they're not already. 3.36 to 3.73 isn't that much noticeable. Now if you had the extra dough burning a hole in your pocket I'd do 4.10 or 4.30s.

Should be good to go then. Startability can be an issue with too fast of a rear, but the 18 has deeper first gear.
One of our guys with an older W900 has that same setup, he’s been running it for 14 years.
