Don't forget. Give karen a holler at Climate Express. They may give ya a shot. I know they gave me a shot when hardly no one was willing to help me to get back in a truck an on my feet again.

No I'm asking you, your the one who had the contract terminated and there has to be something else because they just don't can an owner for rolling into another truck.

For example, how much damage did you do to the truck or trailer when you hit it?

Another example, what else have you done?

Not trying to bash you but come on ...

If you aired down (shut off the truck engine) the brakes would have auto applied.

I stopped driving in Dec 2012. In my entire career spanning many decades I never once had a spring brake system that auto-applied just because I shut the engine off. Yes, once the air pressure got under a set amount the system would engage, but not before, on a good tight system, this could take hours. If trucks are doing this today, this is the first I am hearing of it.
