1st off sorry to hear that about him.
I hate it for not only the children, but for you and him both. That just makes a hard situation even harder..... my condolences.


You want to know what is hard? What tears your chest apart and you legally can’t do anything about it....?

And I’m not saying your situation was like this, just pointing out how hard it can be and mentally stressful at times....

I look back now and remember the song by Garth Brooks “Unanswered Prayers”.

Going through divorce was one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through, by no means pleasant, and her ability to use the law to hurt me was I feel uncalled for.... the hardest thing I’ve ever done is stand in my own home and watch some guy my wife messed around with for 10 months ( her claims ) drive away with my daughter and wife, and the judges said ( YOU CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!) I had some mighty evil thoughts in my life many years ago....

Although I was not the one in the wrong, at times I felt worthless, and unneeded by anyone in life. Hurt & sorry made me think of an easy way out many times. After the divorce I was on a drunk & destroy mission, and only had one thought about woman...... if it wasn’t for what’s between their legs the ditches would be full of them, that was my thinking during dark days!!

After the divorce, my best Freind made a comment to me.... Jim you remember how she always wanted you to stop and call 2 hours away? Yep, sure do... well one time she called Tammy to run to your house and get his watch off the nightstand, he forgot it. I found out a lot after the divorce, made me very calloused.

Divorce is painful especially when children are involved, not everyone can cope with the pain, and especially the unanswered questions in your mind, and it’s sad for those left behind....



I tip my hat to you for staying strong, not only for the children, but for yourself as well!! It can sure be a hard row to hoe sometimes...


I think back to a part in the movie “Dancing with Wolves” when the Indian told Kevin Costner.... I think the gods took my Freind away because they knew you were coming.... at times I feel God had a hand in my situation, my wife now is a wonderful loving person, and I have more now than ever before. And my ex.... she’s a nurse that can hardly pay her bills..... and working on her 5th husband... Karma.....?

 

Was this film right after they stopped at Waffle House for eggs and bacon...?

Every time. The chick who says "WTF is wrong with him..." on her annoying, whiny, mouse voice is the funniest partl. Hey dipchit, you're the one that thought it would be a good idea to play in traffic, and in front of 80k+ lbs of steel and pork. And you're asking what's wrong with him?

I happen to have two empty kegs, and the distributor that they are from closed years ago. Doubt I will do it. But I like the Idea.
