Burger King at Beckley Travel Plaza in Beckley,West Virginia. They have certain burgers but out of others, plus they’re running low or out of condiments (ketchup,pickles,mustard,etc.).
For the first time in who knows how long, you can’t have it “your way”!!lolx1Heavy, 25(2)+2 and Truckermania Thank this. -
You can order anything you like as long you cannot have it.
But we do have some of that UN Wheat Dish with hot water and a spoon.mjd4277 Thanks this. -

well i dunno. the wife was able to get chicken breasts at ALDI, 2 days ago, and today i got 2 packages of center cut pork chops.
we don't eat meat every day, heck, we might have meat once a week.
so most of it will be frozen till we need it.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
What's a deep freeze is that the same as a freezer.buddyd157, PE_T and Rideandrepair Thank this.

It's not even the killing off of piglets or calves, at least I haven't heard of any of that happening, yet. They're killing off the ready to butcher hogs, that's a 4 to 6 month wait to get them fattened up from 30-40 pound feeders to 280 pound butchers, and thats millions of pounds of meat that never hits the market.Studebaker Hawk, Lennythedriver and sealevel Thank this.

Well, today’s news in Detroit area, says possible shortages soon. Kroger claims they’re ahead of it, but has limited purchases of beef, pork, and chicken to 3 packages. I’m sure the announcement itself will cause somewhat of a run on meat. Wendy’s problems is because they use fresh, not frozen. Learning all sorts of things watching the news these days.
x1Heavy, Studebaker Hawk, Truckermania and 1 other person Thank this. -
I was at a convenience store in Adams MA yesterday.
(Already started a thread about the bathroom.)
Shelves are looking a little thin maybe only 75% capacity but they're trying to hide it.
I think this is actually less about shortages and more about labor issues at the D.C. but the results are the same, the public is gonna freak and horde. -
Yes that’s what’s happening, the farmers are aborting piglets and Cavs. People forget it takes time to grow these animals until they’re ready to be butchered. So even when the processing plant come back online, it will take time to grow the supply again.Truckermania Thanks this.
