Oh btw can we get a close up of them exhaust stacks, preferably the lower elbows? Kinda have a project in mind. That might help.

I use a 10a automatic charger I got from TSC to maintain the batteries in my other truck. It shows a 1.6 rating on the website... not sure why, mine works pretty good. You need at least 10 amps to keep up with 4 batteries. Any automatic charger should work but I bought this one because it was the only small charger housed in a metal case.

I appreciate the advice everyone. I just ordered a Battery Tender brand maintainer and will keep you updated on how it goes. THANK YOU!

I've used a Ctek Multi US 7002 for almost 10 years as my truck doesn't get used regularly. It works great but, in those 10 years it has been warranteed 3 or 4 times.
After the last time they sent a new one I decided to just maintain 2 batteries at a time. My set-up is 4 batteries together but wired as 2 banks of 2 as in the older Peterbilts. I isolate one bank from the truck and keep the tender on it for a week or two than switch to the other 2. Kind of a pain but I think it is easier on the charger.
Looking to buy the Ctek Multi US 25000 next so I can just do all 4 at once.Cat sdp Thanks this.
