Saying "no other broker will have" is kind of an odd statement to put in there. Why don't other brokers want them?

BTW, the domain was created on 2/5/20, so I doubt if they have many legit shipping clients.

 

That's all wrapped up in contracts and it looks like they have the rates pretty low. Most are running $2 to $2.50 per mile.Quite a bit lower than peak season rates for reefer.

I decided not to do any use of the emergency exemption allowances but looked into it and I think your supposed to make another account for your ELD that is labeled exempt. Use it while doing the load, followed by and immediate 10 hr restart following delivery.

You might make sure you keep that BOL in the truck with you for a little bit in case you do get pulled over and logs checked. Better safe then sorry.

Personally, I would deadhead home from California before I would take a rate like that. I own a business, I don’t drive around for fun, or to tell stories about what a hero I am for working for cooly wages.
