Progressive is the worst insurance company. By a long shot. FYI.

Then count yourself fortunate because I also have a clean record, no tickets, no accidents, no OOS, no log violations. My crime? I’ve only been driving for 2 years. Started my company after one year in this industry. My Class C license, spotless. No accidents, no tickets. However, I was a professional driver for 4 years. I had my own sedan service for high level business clients, hotels, and celebrities. I shut down my sedan service to start a trucking company after Uber/Lyft put me out of business.

I have had Progressive direct (no agent involved) for the past 3 yrs. No issues, and my premium has gone down each year.

32 yrs experience, no tickets or accidents. Pay premium in full each year instead of payment plan. Just under 6k per year, 1 million liability/ 1 million general liability / 200k cargo ins.

Yes, I’ve had others think this before. I assure you, I’m female, have never used another name in this group.
