What if it Snows?

So here in Maine. It is illegal to burn trash. Semi ok if trash is used to start burn piles. The lawmakers dont mind at all if if is burned in a wood burning stove. Since we no longer have the ability to recycle. Any credit card offers and parts of the bill that arent returned as payment go into the stove. The things one does to keep their identity safe. Nice thing is with the stove, no permit required.

Smothered - Onion
Covered - Cheese
Chunked - Ham
Diced - Tomato
Peppered - Jalapenos

Every now and then I'll go Country - Gravy, rare but it's been known to happen.

Pork chops to. Their hard to mess up. My wife loves the omelets. We don't have places like WH or IHop or Denny's here on my sandbar. Some days I wish we did, other days I'm glad we don't. just something about diner style pork chops. If your there late at night you can get a free show with dinner if you time it right and all the drunk people are there.

I've got several of their coffee mugs. Wife likes them, so now an then I'll offer the staff 5 bucks for one. I know I'm weird, but whatever...happy wife, happy life.

Anyhow...while Waffle House isn't 5 star dining, I know I can usually get a decent, cheap, and fast meal if I need to. I'm not there for a healthy meal. heh.

Honestly some of your best cooks are at Waffle House. My ex-wife what is a sous chef. She told me that literally they have to break down their station and clean it like every 30 minutes. So not only a fast good Cooks but they're quality.
