    I can’t speak for all training companies aka megas holding orientation still but swift is and why?. The economy including freight is abysmal and yet their bringing more people on board wth.

    Freight is abysmal, except for mega companies that planned ahead and haul all types of freight and a few business savvy small fleet owners and business savvy owner-operators.
    None of the above will share their golden goose and secrets to success.
