I can’t speak as to their treatment of employee truck drivers. I’ve only hauled live cattle into their plants for harvest. It’s just public knowledge that they control 85% of the beef market.

One way or another, such imbalances tend to be adjusted, per laws of social physics, for the lack of better term. These laws have nothing to do with social justice or injustice...or how someone feels about it. Just can't have an elite, no matter how well deserving their elevated status, in the ocean of mediocrity and poordom.
These laws are like gravity,: inevitable, and universal. The will always find equilibrium. That goes for humans, animals and plants.
