Sunny day at Baltimore Aircoil in Madera, CA. Picking up a cooling tower for Pilgrims Pride in Cold Spring, MN. Almost 12' wide.

When driving empty with no weight in the front of the wagon, & forktruck hang'n off the back behind the axles, does it ride/handle funny.? Like it's taking weight off the drives, & really bucky over expansion joints, or concrete highway.? Just curious..

Seems to me it would be even more exacerbated on a tandem set at 41' kpra than the spread with at least one axle pretty far back..

i haven’t measured the axles from the kingpin nor have a weighed an empty trailer with the lift.... in short yes it the trailer tends to bob around a lot.

now I rather have the spread axle but many guys here prefer the tandem (the aero xps are significantly better than the curtain sides but I’ve learned to work around the inconveniences).
