Sounds like you’re treating it right and it ain’t working to hard. I wish you luck. It’s a head scratcher for sure. It’ll probably turn out to be something simple after you spent a little time trying to find it. Other than all the obvious stuff that wears out over time and needs replacement as normal maintainance i’ve got no other ideas.

I'll take wheel bearings for $1000, Alex.

From personal experience, I've found loose wheel bearings can cause a vibration that comes and goes repeatedly. Very similar to just touching the edge of a rumble strip going down the highway every couple seconds.

That was my first thought 2 years ago but checked for play multiple time over the years. Since I was taking the wheels off today it was the best time to look at them and they felt perfect. The rears I did the same thing last year and felt perfect.

Check king pins. But like said ..lots of things could be the issue. After driving and back at the shop, lift steers off the ground, and spin each tire by hand. See if tire (wheel) always stops at the same position. Bottom would be the heavy point. Doing that when wheel bearing oil is warm gets better results. I am aware that this is a "farmer" "redneck" or whatever method but it does sometimes work. Also when you spin wheel fast you may see if its turning smooth..wheel bearings, like was already mentioned. One more thing, lay your hand on hub and see if one is running hot while doing this high tech operation..lol.
