Day i checked into base medical and dental they sign me up for pulling wisdom teeth. I said why? They said you dont need em. Thats an order.

Im not making this part up.. It was a doorstop shaped wedge in one side of my mouth, a few shots through the roof of my mouth which was like eating a nail.. Then a towel over my eyes and a forearm headlock from behind while this dude ripped the dang things out whole with big dental pliers. Feels like your face is caught in a snowblower and all you hear is bones breaking. No stitches, motrim for pain, come back in 10 days for the other two.

And that wasnt near as bad as the flightline doc who dug holes all over the sole of my foot after i stepped on a sea urchin. I chewed a wallet to shreds crying.

When kids go on that rant about how bad healthcare is i really wanna belt em across the face.

    Nice!!!
Unfortunately Im waist deep in it now and some of the rest of the dash is damaged too. I got to roll on Friday. I making a backup structure out of steel with a kicker brace to another part of the aluminum structure.

If it fails again I’ll start with one if those panels to be sure.

    Thanks for the help!!!

Without seeing it in person would a sheet metal overlay work....or a friend with a burn table?

I can't tell exactly what part I'm looking it, but I've been using a autobody panel epoxy for all kinds of things. I think it's called fusion or something like that. Comes with expensive mixing tips but I just squirt it out 1-1 and mix like jb weld. I'd try it with some small pieces of sheet metal bridged over the breaks. It sets quick, so you won't waste a lot of time if it doesn't work.

Is that the two part epoxy that they glue panels on with...I know guys using it but never knew the name.

A guy I USE to call a friend used it on his tailgate handle delete and we could never get the line for the patch to not show up.... fixed it again after two years and it still came back. Never did figure that one out.

I'm behind on news, but I hear Comcar Industries filed chapter 11 and are selling 5 divisions so far this week.

Thank you. Part of the problem is the holes for the clips that receives the screws are all broken up. They are square holes so it would be hard to replicate them. I am going to drill and tap the metal I’m backing it up with. It’s quite the experiment at the moment. Hope I can get it back together?
