I'd like to see the thread go back on topic,
All In Trucking, Homer Glen, IL.... Ron offered me a position this afternoon, $.50 cpm, $ 1500.00 escrow, 3000 to 3500 mi a week which I know is a joke but this is what he told me... -
So he needs an escrow from you, to drive for him....
-
W-2 or 1099?
-
If I was a betting man,especially with these companies requiring escrow I’d say it’s a 1099 gig.

All In Trucking in Homer Glen, IL. has incorporated 5 new trucking companies designed to avoid certain DOT laws, mainly their awful DOT rating. The company I started work for, Overland Lines ended up being a scam as others suggested. My main complaint with Overland Lines was the new 2020 Cascadia I was driving, had (Optimise Idle) programmed on the trucks computer. Optimise Idle kills the engine 15-30 minutes after the vehicle is parked. It doesn't matter if the parking brake is applied, not applied, if you chock the wheels, any way you try to keep the engine running it will die. There's also a weight switch in the front seat similar to what is installed on riding lawn mowers to kill the engine when the driver gets off of the seat.
Sorry but I'm not going to sleep in a sleeper berth at 85 degrees plus without some type air circulation, A/C, fan, etc... nope not going to happen.
My second main complaint was no Pre-Pass and no EZ/I-Pass, they want you to stop & pay the toll and roll into every open weigh scale. Talk about some cheap bas_ards. Shady Lithuania company and a loser director named Josh Skweres.Last edited: Jun 23, 2019

Ok This is a spot on true Statement very similar experience. Do not go to work for this company or All in Express and Trucking. Most of their workers are in Lithuanian. Including payroll. Good luck getting through. They do this because they think it exempts them from liability. That's why I am hiring an attorney that has many many many many years experience dealing with Fly by Night Shady trucking companys and overseas ownership. These two companies like to play the silent treatment. To the driver especially if they owe you money 4 tolls and fix it things that you paid for yourself. I highly recommend you DONT drive for these 2 companys and if you do whatever you pay for keep the receipts email them in. There is so much more I'd like to tell the reader but I don't have the time they go to everything. SO BOTTOM LINE. If you have any experience
STAY AWAY. they have law suits against them and ones Pending. -
Good Job, Spot on Starting law suit. Very similar Experience.
-
SPOT ON DUDE. Similar experience. The luxury i have is starting Class action suit an looking for drivers that have proof they've been screwed
-
I drove for them for a year(February/2018 to March/2019). They screwed me big time!!
