Yeah man I figured that's what you meant. I took no offense. It was still a bad place to park though. When I am OS/OW I don't park on the shoulder or a ramp but this one was my bad.

 

Spent the night at Olson Truck Stop in Clearwater, MN. It's a Speedway location and it's a Mom and Pop stop and it was a great place to spend the night. Plenty of parking. Food available all night. Diner. Truck shop. The people there were great. Shower was awesome. The shower was super clean with a big room, 2 x towels, soap and a chair and hot water for days with awesome pressure. It also didn't feel like I was the 468th person to use the shower that day. I miss the Mom and Pop shops. They have always been my favorite.

I snagged a load out of Watertown, SD for this evening so I am en route now.

Looks like we're bouncing out of FL tomorrow. Up to Orangeburg, SC to load and head to commiefornia.

 

Yeah, the kids crying to daddy that the other team ain't playing fair is sad.

Nobody ever taught 'em to just take their ball and go home until the other side decides to play nice.

 

Is that the one with a nice little restaurant attached on the left side of the store if facing the store from the street.?

Think I was there in April of '19. Got stuck there on a Friday night, then went into the little lounge, with 3 black recliners Saturday AM. They got ME TV, so I sat in there from 8am till dang near 2pm watching the western line up.. All alone.. LoL

Think my butt fell asleep during the Riflemen, so I had to stand up & I finally went outside.. LoL

They had some awesome deep fried cheese & beef ravioli too..

Has been sitting since around 2008 near my house. Daytons, set up as winch tractor. Looks like a 30 ton. Story goes needed an engine overhaul.

No steps on pass side, and not washed. We are gonna get it muddy in am. Time to do something.
