Diversity is key. I have a few different trailers. Of course I have property too...so I don't have to pay anybody rent to park my iron. Trailers I have are all paid for, don't have to feed, water, or pet them. Just registration and a little insurance. The cost of doing business as they say, if you want to play...you gotta pay. When the rates on flatbed are in the toilet like they have been this season, it sits in the yard quietly as I use my other wagons. Seasons predict what goes on with me, and I have the ability to switch out as things change.

On topic though I did see a guy the other day on TTR say it’s $600/mo to park a trailer in CA where he’s at. -
I have a reefer and a flat bed, the flat bed however is dropped out back In the weeds where I’m planning on leaving it.
