    Well brakes get too hot and catch on fire. Or if it's really old s-cam goes over and pins that brake on. Also wheel seal leak causes overheating then the remaining greases catches on fire in the hub, which in all cases can lead to the 50lb?? Rubber tire catching on fire. Which burns down the rig or torches it real well.

    I used to scale in behind these guys at the mill.

    Same setup except daycabs. 105.5K limit.
    They were almost always over by 2 or 3K. Sometimes more. Them chips ain't light.
    (Tippers were trailer only, tractor stayed on the ground)
