So....I see the thread is up to 662 pages.

Do we all get a special pentagram token/coin/award for the thread making it to 666?

I could use a new set of horns to support my halo.

Yea general freight on a stepdeck sucks. I saw an all steel stepdeck rollin into Houston the other day and he had 6 big pallets of block all loaded up against the step with the back 15ft or so empty. The whole thing was sagging in the middle and flexing over every bump.

All he would've had to do was split the load and put some of the pallets over the axles and there wouldn't have been a single issue.

You can do a lot of DOD loads with a regular flat.
They move all types of materials. If you get into a good situation with running DoD loads, you can do really well. You’ll find that your equipment needs will be a bit different than general freight.

    SO

It's now 59 degrees in Carlisle. The sun isn't up, but it's light out.

Everyone is idling. Well, we're not.

I feel like we were excluded from something. Like everyone knew to wake up and start idling, and we weren't informed.

    MISSION SUCCESS!!!

I am currently at reciever in PA... Total travel distance 2112 miles, just over 36 hours left on my 70.

I am thoroughly exhausted, PA sucks a big one... Not one minute of relaxed driving thus far in this state... Curvy, winding, up & down, LOTS of construction, and raining to boot!!! My curiosity has been satisfied, I will no longer have any desire to return to this state.

Now I just want unloaded so I can go find a place to park and get some much needed sleep.

Oh yeah... Did I mention the tolls???!!! Is it possible to go anywhere in this state without hitting a toll road???
